Puretec Under Bench Ultraviolet Drinking Water System

An under bench ultraviolet system treats bacteria at the drinking tap. Filtration alone does not kill bacteria, and on untreated roof, tank or bore water that is the thing that actually makes people sick. These combine sediment and carbon filtration with a Radfire UV chamber, so the water at the drinking faucet is filtered and disinfected.

Which one? The difference between the models is mostly the tap. ESR2-K comes without a tap for where you already have one or want to choose your own. ESR2 includes the standard R500 faucet, and the T1, T3 and T5 versions come with the matching Tripla designer tap. The Hybrid M1 is different: it feeds your existing mixer tap rather than a separate drinking faucet, which suits a kitchen where you do not want a second spout on the bench.

Annual lamp change. Like every UV system, the lamp is replaced every 12 months whether or not it still lights up. Budget for that as part of owning one.
