Shipping policy
Shipping policy summary
Pump Stuff ships throughout New Zealand from the Waihi and Kopu stores.
- Free standard freight on orders over $300 including GST. Orders under $300 are charged freight at checkout based on size, weight, destination and rural status.
- NZ Post is used for smaller parcels. Mainfreight is used for pumps, large filtration equipment and oversized orders.
- Estimated delivery from dispatch:
- North Island: 1 to 3 working days
- South Island: 3 to 5 working days
- Rural delivery: allow another 1 to 2 working days, with a rural surcharge
- Orders received before 1pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.
- Heavy freight is generally delivered kerbside during weekday business hours. Special access requirements should be entered in the checkout notes.
- Heavy freight normally requires a signature. Authority to leave is at the customer’s risk and removes loss cover.
- Free click and collect is available from Waihi or Kopu. In-stock orders are generally ready within two working hours.
- Tracking details are emailed once the order has been dispatched.
- Freight damage must be photographed and reported within 48 hours. Customers are instructed to accept damaged deliveries rather than refusing them.
- Pump Stuff will follow up with the carrier when a parcel is more than five working days beyond its estimated delivery date.
- Customers are contacted about unavailable products and can wait, substitute the product or cancel the order. Some products may be shipped directly from the supplier.
One thing to fix: the Kopu collection hours are inconsistent. The top of the page says 8am to 4:30pm, while the shipping section and footer say 8am to 3pm.
