Puretec RQS6 Replacement Quartz Sleeve for Hybrid G, R & P Series

The Puretec RQS6 is the genuine quartz sleeve for the Hybrid G, R and P series. The sleeve is the clear tube the UV lamp sits inside, and it suits the G8, G9, G12 and G13, Radfire R3, R4, R10 and R11, and the WU-UV100 and WU-UV200.

A sleeve does not wear out on a schedule, but it scales and clouds over, and a cloudy sleeve blocks the UV before it reaches the water. Check it at every annual lamp change and replace it if it will not clean up clear. Handle it with a lint free cloth, since skin oils cut UV transmission. It does not fit the H series, which takes the RQS5, and there is no separate sleeve sold here for the E and I series, that one comes inside the maintenance kit.
