• Variable speed inverter holds constant pressure, adjustable from 1 to 5.5 bar
• 80 L/min flow, enough for a single home of up to eight taps
• Self priming multistage pump, so it can draw from a tank below the unit
• Drinking water approved for domestic supply
• High resolution LCD display for easy setup and monitoring
• Wifi connection allows you to monitor your pump remotely
• DAB built, 2 year warranty
Where it fits
This system suits a single home or dwelling running clean water, where you want constant pressure from one compact unit rather than separate parts. Good for whole home supply, gardening, and light irrigation. If you are supplying a larger home, multiple dwellings, or a multi storey build, step up to the full size DAB E.SYBOX. If your water sits in a bore, look at a submersible like the DAB E.SYDIVER or Grundfos SQE.
Common questions
How many taps will the MINI3 run?
Up to eight, which covers a normal single dwelling comfortably. For a larger home or more than one dwelling, the full size E.SYBOX carries more flow.
Do I need a separate pressure tank?
No. The MINI3 has a 1 litre expansion vessel and inverter control built in, so for most homes there is nothing extra to add.
Can it draw water from a tank below the unit?
Yes. It is a self priming multistage pump, so it can lift from a tank sitting below it within normal suction limits. Keep the inlet protected so grit does not reach the pump.
Is the water safe to drink?
Yes. The MINI3 is approved for drinking water in domestic systems.
What should we watch out for at install?
Keep the pump dry and covered. The electronics do not like wet or damp environments, so a pump cover is worth it if the install is outside. It also pays to bait for ants regularly, because they are drawn to the warmth of the electronics and can get inside and cause faults. For the full rundown, follow our install guide.
What is the warranty in NZ?
DAB warrants this pump for 2 years. If something goes wrong, come to us first and we will do the legwork with DAB on your behalf. DAB are usually accommodating, but warranty cover is at their discretion and they may ask for photos of the install before approving a claim. The cleaner the install, the easier the claim.
