Need to know

We'd rather you know this now than find out after delivery.

A pool cover matters. It traps up to 75% of the heat that would otherwise evaporate off, and cuts your running cost by up to half. Buy the heater without a cover and you're paying for heat you're losing.
These are seasonal, not year round. Efficiency drops once the air gets below about 10 to 15°C, so they're built for spring through autumn. Want winter heat too, ask us about gas.
You need an electrician. Every model here is a hardwired 230V appliance on its own circuit. We arrange one of ours, so this isn't something you have to source yourself.

Frequent questions

Do I have to use your electrician?

No, but it's arranged for you if you want it. Any licensed electrician can do the hookup, we just make it one phone call instead of you finding your own.

What if my pool is bigger than 27kW covers?

Call us. Sizing depends on more than volume, cover, wind exposure and desired temperature all matter, and Davey wants a proper assessment before a big pool gets quoted.

Is the cleaner really free, no catch?

Yes. It's Davey and Waterco's national promotion, we're not marking up the heater to cover it.
